Commencing its journey 2012, StarCrest has been helmed by Army Veterans having multifarious experience & expertise in the related domains, with an Intent to create an IFM cosmos offering highest value proposition to clients. StarCrest abides by firm belief that each client /sector /location is unique, and hence deserves a bespoke solution. StarCrest has remained consistently focussed upon delivering service excellence & transparent business operations, bulwarked upon stringent hiring processes, customized trainings, optimised operating procedures and progressive integration of digitalization. Over last 14 years StarCrest has expanded its operations across all business sectors, now having firm presence in over 20 cities in India, and all this while maintaining one of the highest client retention rates.

Maj. Sanjay Rai

Founder

Mr. Rai served in the elite Brigade of The Guards, took part in Operation Vijay, and represented India in the UN Peacekeeping Mission in Africa. After a successful corporate career in leadership roles, he founded StarCrest in 2012. A wildlife enthusiast, he supports conservation passionately.

Maj. Sanjay Tanwar

Managing Director

Maj. Tanwar, a Shaurya Chakra awardee, served with distinction in the Army before leading FM functions across aviation, IT, BFSI, and telecom sectors globally. An alumnus of OTA and Symbiosis, certified Aviation Security Instructor, and fitness enthusiast, he co-founded StarCrest in 2016 and continues as Managing Director.

Maj. Gaurav Arya

Major Gaurav Arya, a leading defense analyst, writer, and speaker, brings 30+ years of experience across the Army, corporates, media, and consulting. Founder of Chanakya Forum and host of The Chanakya Dialogues, he has spoken at TEDx and addressed the UK Parliament in 2017 on Kashmir.

Capt. Shrikumar Nair

Advisor – Growth & Strategy

Capt. Nair, an Army veteran with 30+ years of experience, is a seasoned Facility Management leader. At Adani Group, he led large teams, drove greenfield-to-brownfield transitions, integrated digital technology, and optimized FM services. He also played a key role in major acquisitions, including Adani Electricity and Ambuja/ACC Cement.
