Starcrest Services Private Limited, along with all its affiliates, values the privacy of all our employees who are/are to be using our customised mobile application.

1. Data Collection

Phone Numbers: Phone numbers are collected by us only for authentication via OTP purpose. These collected numbers are not used for any commercial or non-authentication purposes by us.

Location Data: We collect location data for tracking work-related movements. These visited locations may be accessed by managers, and also be utilised for calculating conveyance reimbursements. Location data is collected only between Check-In and Check-Out periods. Users are advised to Check-Out when not on duty.

2. Data Usage

The data collected is used exclusively for internal administrative and operational purposes, such as ascertaining attendance markings and tracking work-visit locations. We do not share personal data with third-party services, unless it mat be required by law.

3. User Consent

By using our application, users consent to the collection and use of their phone numbers and location data for the purposes as described above.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes as described in this policy. Beyond that  the collected data is securely deleted or anonymized.

5. Security

We incorporate adequate security measures for protecting the data of our users. However, users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and ensuring their own privacy.
